After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.

In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.

About the role:

We're hiring an Creative Strategist to work as a AI Designer/Producer to run the AI side of our creative work. You will have responsibility to make and create video and ad content yourself, from writing the briefs to advising the design team what to build, on average 5 to 7 videos a week.

The role will involve strategic decisions on processes, working across prompt libraries and batching, produce and own creative briefs that translate insights into clear direction for our marketing team.

What you'll do

Making the content

• Produce 5 to 7 finished AI videos and ad creatives a week, from idea to final export.

• Choose the right model for each shot. Different tools win at different things, and you'll know which to reach for.

• Handle the whole process yourself: prompting, generation, upscaling, editing, sound, and delivery.

• Test different hooks and cuts, see what performs, and make more of it.

Directing the team

• Write briefs the other designers can pick up and run with, for both statics and AI video.

• Spell out the angle, references, tools, and specs so nobody has to come back with questions.

• Keep the quality bar and the brand consistent across everything that ships.

Making it faster

• Set up prompt libraries, templates, and small automations that cut down repetitive work.

• Keep an eye on new tools as they come out and bring the good ones into the workflow.

• Documentation on processes.

What we are looking for from you:

• 2+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing.

• A reel or portfolio of AI video and ad work, ideally made at some volume.

• Fluency with the current AI video tools. You know what each one is good at and can explain why you'd pick one over another.

• Strong prompting and a good eye for the details that make or break a shot: lighting, motion, composition, pacing.

• Hands-on with agentic AI tools like Claude, Antigravity, Codex, or Cursor. You use them to build automations and small scripts, not just to chat.

• Handy in an editor (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci) and in Figma or Photoshop.

It would be great if you have:

• Some scripting or automation experience (APIs, batch pipelines, no-code tools).

• Motion design, sound design, or a traditional film or production background.
